I had been undergoing "talk therapy" since the age of 13, on and off.  I had recently completed treatment with yet another mental health provider because we had achieved as much success as we were able.  I was getting tired of carrying around mental baggage from my past and called Linda to ask if she could assist me.  She enthusiastically assured me she could help, and indeed she did.

From the first colorpuncture treatment I could feel something happening.  Each color placed on my skin would send a sensation to different parts of my body.  I had a constant blockage of energy in my legs and would often get a cold sensation in one leg or the other.

Between treatments, emotional issues would work their way to my conscious mind where I could then work through them in dreams, journaling, talking with family, and discussing them with Linda.  She recommended flower essences to help support me through the difficult cleansing I was experiencing and found relief there.  Each visit she would review how I was doing and make adjustments to which flower essences I should be taking to support me through my latest treatment.

I have been married for twenty-two years.  After just three months of treatment with Linda my husband told me "I dont know what you are doing, but keep doing it!"  I was a much easier person to live with now that I was shedding my emotional baggage. 

I am much happier with myself now.  I can forgive myself and move on.  I am no longer confined by the bondage of my childhood fears.  I am a better mother, wife, employee and friend.  When I began treatment, I had little hope that my life would be better.  Happily I can say in every way my life is so much better.  The treatments have exceeded all my expectations and have opened a world of possibilities to me in non-traditional modalities.  The process was easier and farther-reaching for me in one year than the previous three decades of traditional treatments combined.  Linda is an educated, compassionate, intuitive healer.  She makes you feel welcome, secure and respected.  She is a teacher by nature and offers practical solutions that fit each individuals lifestyle.  She listens, offers suggestions and works with you on a treatment plan.  I prefer Lindas personal, hands-on approach to other practitioners I have seen.  She comes highly recommended for her ability as a skilled practitioner.

I would like to express that the Colorpuncture treatments provided by Linda Haas Carney have allowed me to absolve negative issues in my life that I have carried since I was a child.  I have suffered numerous losses several years prior to initiating contact with Linda and was in a totally drained, apathetic and negative state when I showed up on her doorstep. 

Linda provided me an avenue to start chipping away at my grief and deep ingrained issues over a period of a year.  Her tenacity, patience and wonderful heart allowed us to explore treatments together and release the feeling of hopelessness and despair.  

If youre looking for a quick fix to all the problems you are facing youre not going to get it; however if you are looking for positive transformation in your life and a tool to allow yourself for making these changes this is the avenue to go.  I credit these treatments for creating a new positive outlook for me, greater confidence in facing the unknown and greater fortitude for fulfilling my own needs without cowering to others peoples needs.

Linda Carney, Color Therapist,  is in my opinion very knowledgeable, a top-notch professional, besides being caring and compassionate.

Linda has helped me physically by giving me treatments to help balance my thyroid.  Her color and Aura-Soma treatments have stirred me and given me direction on my spiritual path along with the nudge to do something about it.  Example, I have been speaking in front of a group this year.  Would have never attempted that in the past.

I came to Linda last summer because i was struggling with Depression, suicidal thoughts and self-mutilation, a pretty dark place to be. Initially the therapy was used primarily to regulate adrenal  responses and depression in order to help stabilize my condition. Over the course of a few months i became less depressed, and lost the desire to hurt myself. After that we began to work on addressing the source of my depression, using the light therapy to both help with hormonal responses to trauma and dealing with trauma for past experiences. The therapy helped me shed a lot of old emotional baggage as well as helping me learn what it was like to be healthy, to address problems as they arose and to make positive change and choices in my life. I still use the therapy on my own to regulate depression and hormone imbalances and it consistently grounds me, brings perspective and the clarity to deal with the problems i am experiencing.
